Niclas Morey
Director of International Co-operation, European Patent Office (EPO)

Mr Morey started his career at the EPO as a patent examiner in mechanics in 1990. In 1994 he began a long relationship with the international co-operation side of the EPO, beginning with roles as Administrator for Central and Eastern Europe and Asia before moving on to his new position as Head of the International Co-operation with Asia.

In 2000 he took a four-year break from international affairs to take up his new position as Head of the President's Office. Mr Morey's next position was Project Leader co-operation with Asia and subsequently Head of Asia Unit. Mr Morey launched the IPR2 project with China, funded by the European Union in 2007/2008. He became Director of IP5/Trilateral Affairs and International Organisations at the EPO in April 2008, and since January 2016 has been Director of International Co-operation, which also incorporates IP5/trilateral and international organisations.

Mr Morey received his Master of Science (M. Sc.) in mechanical engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden in 1990 and his degree in applied economics from the Verwaltungs und Wirtschaftsakademie in Munich in 1994.

Päälakimies, Amer Sports Oyj

Kaisa Rotkirch on Amer Sports Oyj:n päälakimies, joka vastaa yhtiön lakiasioista sekä IPR-funktiosta. Kaisalla on pitkä ura liikejuridiikan parissa.

Ennen siirtymistään Amer Sportsille vuonna 2012 hän työskenteli Nokialla useissa eri toimissa 15 vuoden ajan sekä asianajajana liikejuridiikan alueella.
Eki Korpiola
Head of Legal & IPR, Suunto ja Amer Digital

Eki Korpiola vastaa Suunnon ja Amer Digitalin laki- ja IPR-tuesta. Eki toimi asianajotoimisto Roschierilla IT-juristina ennen siirtymistään Nokia Oyj:n lakiosastolle vuonna 2002.

Vuosina 2006-2008 hänen asemapaikkansa oli Nokian New Yorkin toimipisteessä, fokusalueena teknologialisensiointi piirivalmistajille.

Vuodesta 2009 hän on työskennellyt Amer Sportsilla lakimiehenä, päävastuualueena Suunto ja Amerin digitaaliset hankkeet, IPR-asiat sekä näihin liittyvät transaktiot.
Erik Lindman
IP Manager, Suunto ja Amer Digital

Erik Lindman toimii Suunnon ja Amer Digitalin IP Managerina vastaten mm. patenteista ja tavaramerkeistä. Erikillä on laaja kokemus sensoreista sekä connectivity- ja wearable-laitteista.

Erik toimii asiantuntijana mm. R&D-projekteissa, patentoinnissa, tuotteiden markkinoille tuomisessa sekä lisensoinnissa.
Andrea Tiburzi
European and Italian Patent Attorney, Barzanò & Zanardo

Andrea Tiburzi has a degree in electronic engineering. He is an Italian, San Marino and European patent attorney and deals mainly with electronic and software patents.

He has attended a specialist master in international taxation, a specialist master in M&A corporate transactions and a full corporate finance and management accounting master. Currently, he also deals with valuation of intellectual property rights mainly for M&A corporate transactions.

He advises clients on national (Italian) tax matters regarding intellectual property rights as well as on calculations of damages from counterfeiting of intellectual property rights.
